They looked pretty big when they were in their seed trays, but they seem a bit weedy now they're planted out in the Big Wide World.
Hang on in there guys! Don't wilt!
*I now have strange images of an allotment-themed range of superheroes and villains in my mind. The Dreaded Blight would obviously be the criminal mastermind of the piece, but I guess he'll need some henchmen. Bindweed Boy and... urr... umm... ... .. Dr Weevil?
Maybe this train of thought has already gone too far...

Not to mention Colin the couch grass ;) Have you watched Gordon the Garden Gnome? Its a childrens program with Alan Titchmarsh as a gnome. Its ace.
Ahh well if you have 66 tomato plants then you can maybe ignore my facebook message, unless you want some purple ones. Good luck with them this year. Mine aren't that big either.
66 tomatoes!! That's even more than me - gosh! Don't worry too much about blight at the moment, it usually strikes (if it does) at the end of the Summer when the temperatures have been consistently hotter and wetter for a long period of time.
I love your blog - it's really nice to watch what you are doing month to month. Not to mention the hens - very envious.
But 66 tomatoes!! I admire your spirit! What are you going to do with all those fruits???? I would love to know whether you have plans for chutney, pasta sauce etc when they come ripe.
